This document should be completed by employers and employees if employer-provided accommodation is part of the employment contract. Ensuring that this report is completed at the commencement of the agreement provides parties with some protection in the event of any dispute over maintenance or mis-use of the property.
This report should be used to record the condition of the property at the start & at the finish of the tenancy. The Employer and the Employee/Sharemilker should fill out this form together, and complete with signatures and date.
Photographs of the grounds and accommodation at the commencement of occupation can also be a useful record.
